Our Titan products come with a 30 day Titan tough to guarantee. This protects your investment in case the cover gets damaged. If your dog damages the cover within the first thirty days, we replace the bed cover one time. This guarantee only protects the cover as we do not replace the foam. We will, however, replace the foam at a reduced cost as a courtesy when needed. Please note the nothing is indestructible and the root cause of most chewing is separation anxiety. This needs to be addressed in conjunction with a Tough Buddy Titan bed in order to reduce destructive behavior.

You may return for a full refund within 100 days of receiving the item. Bed must be in like new condition with no stains or damage. Please contact us prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization (RA) to ensure the proper credit will be issued. We will then send you a return label. We will take care of all return shipping. We do ask that you keep the bed at least 10 days, and make every effort to give your dog a chance to get used to it. Please note personalized beds can not be returned or exchanged.

That being said nothing is 100% "Chew-Proof". Our titan products come with a 30 day Titan Tough Guarantee. This protects your investment in case the cover gets damaged. Is it water-resistant?
No, titan beds are not waterproof.
