We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, contact customer service immediately. Please provide your order # and supporting photos to verify the condition. If KindTail deems there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement or the appropriate refund.
